This NVQ is for current supervisors in lifting operations who need to validate their skills and knowledge in supervising, coordinating, and managing site activities, including health and safety.
Pre-Requisites
Current role as a supervisor or manager in lifting operations.
Relevant experience in supervising lifting equipment and site activities.
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and site management practices.
Course Aims:
The aim of this course is to develop and validate supervisory skills in lifting operations through a practical, workplace-based NVQ. Participants will gain specialist knowledge and hands-on experience in managing lifting equipment, coordinating site activities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Supervise lifting operations using appropriate equipment.

Accreditation:
The accreditation awarded upon completion of the course is the NVQ Level 3 in Supervising Lifting Operations.
