Who Should Attend? Anyone who has one or more of the following roles in a Construction project: Client, Designer, Principal Designer, Principal Contractor, Contractor Prerequisites: There are no prerequisites for this course Course Aim: To raise awareness of the changed responsibilities to all involved in a construction project so that you are able to apply them effectively. Learning Outcomes: By the end of the course candidates will be aware of the following: Have a working understanding of the nature and scope of the CDM Regulations. Understand their own role and duties in a project as defined by the Regulations. Discharge their duties with the confidence that they are complying with the legislation. The course provides an in-depth study of the Regulations, focusing on those aspects that are of particular relevance to the delegates.
Training Methods: A classroom based tutorial course, supplemented with group activity workshops. Accreditation: Successful candidates will be awarded an ITS Certificate which is valid for 3 years.
