By the end of the course candidates will be assessed on their ability to:

5. Understand environmental, legislative and health and safety compliance.
6. Understand organisational requirements for confined space working.
7. Understand plant, tools and equipment for working in confined spaces.
8. Understand emergency arrangements and rescue plans.

Training Methods

The course involves classroom instruction, classroom work, and post-course projects, with no practical training requirement.

Assessment Methods

Portfolio of evidence, short answer question paper.
