This City & Guilds Level 4 Award in Plan, Manage and Review Legislation for Work in Confined Spaces course aims to meet the national standard for planning, managing, and reviewing legal and safety compliance in confined space work, spanning both water and non-water industries.

Learning Outcomes:

By the end of the course candidates will be assessed on their ability to:

3. Record and review legislation relating to confined spaces.
4. Develop, monitor and confirm procedures for working in confined spaces.

Training Method:

The course involves classroom instruction, classroom work, and post-course projects, with no practical training requirement.

Assessment Method:

Portfolio of evidence, short answer question paper.

Accreditation:

Successful candidates will be awarded with a City & Guilds certificate which is valid for 3 years.
