ITS is Recruiting For Training Co-Ordinators At Our Portadown HQ
Due to continued significant growth across Ireland and expansion of the range of courses offered, health and safety training specialists, Industry Training Services (ITS) is currently advertising two vacancies in a training co-ordinator role.
Training Co-ordinators X 2 (Full-time)
Our Training Co-ordinators are responsible for everything that happens between a booking and the candidate receiving their certifications. This includes handling calls, emails, and face to face communications, preparing training schedules and maintaining our CRM system. Our Training Co-ordinators also liaise with trainers to produce course delivery plans, ensure that all rooms are set-up with the necessary equipment and paperwork, and engage with awarding bodies to process applications and certifications. If you are a highly organised people person with excellent communication and time management skills, ITS would love to hear from you.
ITS was founded in 2000 and is one of the largest training providers in Ireland serving the construction, engineering, utilities, and manufacturing sectors, to name a few. Over the last two years, ITS has extended the facilities at its headquarters, outside Portadown, with the addition of new equipment and training rooms on the 12 acre site. ITS has also established a Dublin office. The new team members will be instrumental in the promotion and delivery of ITS’s training courses and management of enquiries and customer relationships.
Currently employing 12 full-time members of staff, ITS’s growth plans will see this number increase significantly over the next few years, with further roles to be developed in addition to the current advertised vacancies.
