As a company, we have expanded our horizons and diversified our services to cater to a broad spectrum of sectors. While we initially focused on construction health and safety, we have since grown to serve many more industries. These include manufacturing and engineering, gas and electricity distribution, local authorities, and telecoms, for which we are Ireland’s first telecommunications safety training provider.

Managing Director
Established in 2000 by civil engineer Brendan Crealey, Industry Training Services (ITS) found its origins in his extensive background and expertise in UK motorway and infrastructure projects. With training from the CITB and over 40 years of industry experience, Brendan contributes a wealth of knowledge to our courses and candidates, occasionally taking on the role of a trainer and assessor.
Training Operations Manager
Trevor joined the ITS team in May 2024 as our Training Operations Manager. His role at ITS involves overseeing daily facility operations and to lead the team of trainers, to ensure a professional level of training and education to current and new clients. He has an extensive background working in the telecoms and construction industry for more than 20 years.
Senior Client Advisor
Louise joined ITS in 2016 and is now a senior member of our sales team. She manages key client accounts and has sound knowledge of the complete range of ITS Training courses. She can answer any queries you may have about various schemes and awarding bodies. She has a key role in coordinating our course calendar and managing instructor schedules.
Accounts Executive
Laura has worked for ITS and previously our sister company Superdrive for many years looking after the day-to-day financial matters of the business. This includes processing and paying invoices, preparing ledgers and monthly accounts, and completing VAT returns. Over the years she has also gained knowledge in the sales and administration processes and assists the sales team in taking bookings.
Client Advisor
Carol joined the ITS sales team in September 2023, taking up the position of a Client Advisor. Within this crucial role, Carol plays a key part of the team, conducting the daily management of our client database, handling on-going customer queries, coordinating our course calendar, and ensuring consistently high levels of customer service to guarantee client satisfaction and team success.

Monica joined the ITS sales team in February 2024, taking up the position of a Client Advisor. Monica plays a critical role in our team, providing expert guidance and support to our clients. Her responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing enquiries and concerns, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Caitlin joined the ITS team as a Training Co-Ordinator in September 2022. Since then, Caitlin has progressed to join the Client Advisor team, where she is responsible for addressing ongoing customer inquiries, coordinating the course schedule, dealing with in-bound and out-bound calls and maintaining exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and team success.
Senior Marketing Executive
Jordon joined the ITS Team in August 2024 as a Senior Marketing Executive. Within this role, she is responsible for balancing analytics with creativity to drive growth and enhance brand visibility. This includes developing strategic campaigns, conducting market research, overseeing budgets, and ensuring the overall marketing plan aligns with key company objectives and targets.
Trainer and Assessor
Lindsay joined the ITS team in September 2021, following a long and successful career in Openreach where he worked within the Learning and Development team. He is fully qualified to provide IPAF, Signing, Lighting and Guarding, EUSR and Telecoms training and has an extensive background in Health & Safety. Lindsay is currently taking part in a full fibre upskill programme.
Trainer and Assessor
Ethan joined the ITS team as a Trainer in November 2021. He is currently responsible for delivering health and safety training across various topics, ranging from Manual Handling to Traffic Management and Street Works. Ethan is continually improving upon his knowledge and experience in several other areas of construction health & safety, as well as working towards gaining further qualifications.
Training Co-Ordinator Team Leader
Jessica joined the ITS team as a Training Co-Ordinator in April 2022. She is responsible for the coordination of a wide range of training courses, specifically NPORS, CITB, NVQ’s and other plant-related courses. She has a key role in delivering high levels of customer service and managing our client database alongside overseeing the Training Coordinator team on a daily basis.

Demi-Leigh joined ITS in October 2022, as a Training Co-Ordinator and is responsible for the preparation and processing of training courses. She has gained experience dealing with awarding bodies such as Streetworks, CABWI, CEF, Smart Awards and Qual Safe. In her daily role she also deals with client’s queries, updates the centre’s database and displays high levels of customer service.

James joined the ITS team in September 2023, stepping into the position of a Training Coordinator. Within this role, he is diligently responsible for the preparation of both in-house and CSR paperwork. Additionally, he consistently ensures to maintain a high level of customer service when handling client inquiries on a day-to-day basis, striving for client satisfaction and operational excellence.

The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity is the only charity dedicated to providing emotional, physical, and financial support to construction workers and their families. Without public funding, they rely solely on industry generosity to continue their essential work within the construction community, which they’ve been doing since 1956. In 2023, we held a cycling event that raised over £2,000. Due to its success, we’re hosting the event again on September 22, 2024.

Telecom Safety Facility:
As the only public training centre in Ireland approved to deliver Smart Awards and Openreach accredited telecoms safety courses, we’ve developed a bespoke telecom safety training facility.
Featuring a pole field with 26 wooden utility poles, underground box and duct networks, a new civils area and a craft area coming soon as well as, dedicated training cabins meaning our facility offers comprehensive training in telecom safety protocols.
Confined Space Mobile Training Unit: Addressing the need for practical confined space training, we have invested over £60,000 in a state-of-the-art mobile confined space training unit.
This innovative unit brings a suitable confined space directly to our clients’ site, offering a range of working environments and entry techniques without the need for live service connections.
