Meet the Team

• Managing Director - Brendan Crealey

  

  Brendan founded the company in 2001 after a brief spell delivering training at CITB NI, and at this time was the sole trainer/employee of the business. Prior to this Brendan worked in England for Balfour Beatty civil engineering and Edmund Nuttall ltd as an engineer. He was involved in mainly motorway construction projects and other large scale infrastructure projects. As well as his management role in the company Brendan also delivers various types of training such as streetworks, traffic management and health and safety".  

• Sales Executive - Ciara Judge

  

  Ciara has been working in a sales capacity for over 6 months, and has been with the company 3 years. Ciara has excellent knowledge and expertise in the various schemes and awarding bodies and manages various training databases for several of our clients. She deals with all our clients on a daily basis and schedules the training for these clients. 

• Sales Executive - Marita McGarry

  

  Marita has been working with Industry Training Services for over 2 years and has been in various roles; she is now in a sales capacity working alongside Ciara. She has a key role in the booking of courses. An aspect of her job is working with the Business Development & Marketing team at ITS.

• NVQ Manager - Maire Donnelly

  

  Máire joined ITS in 2003. Her first responsibilities were to get ITS approved and up and running as an NVQ centre. As the first office person recruited for the Portadown training centre Máire put the structures in place to become an efficient NVQ centre and she also played a key role in implementing the administration procedures within the then new training centre.   Máire is also a qualified, experienced and approved assessor and internal verifier for the Learning and Development NVQ's including and A1 Assessor and V1 Internal Verifier Awards.   In her current role as the NVQ Manager, she coordinates all aspects of the NVQ programmes and associated processes as well as supervising the administration team's activities. `  

• Accounts Administrator - Anne Lennon

  

  Anne has been with ITS for approximately 3 years and has worked in different departments.  She is currently in the accounts department dealing with raising invoices  and sending out course confirmations.  

• Administrator - Ethna McConville

  

  Ethna has been with Industry Training services for 3 years in various different roles throughout her time. At present she is in the Administration Dept where she is in charge of processing CSR cards, Plant Cards and certificates ensuring that our customers get the proof and results of their training efficiently.

• Trainer - Dave Hardy

  

  Dave has been operating various types of plant machinery since 1989.  For the past 11 years he has been employed as a plant instructor and a health and safety instructor with the Construction Industry Training Board and now since 2007 at Industry Training Services.  His role at ITS is to carry out plant machinery and health & Safety training to operatives, supervisors and managers.  His is also one of the National Vocational Qualification assessors for NVQ level 2 Plant Operations

• Trainer - Andy Rankin

  

  Andy has been employed with Industry Training Services for five years. Andy works as a Health and Safety trainer and NVQ Assessor. This involves supporting and assessing people working towards National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs), making sure that they meet the occupational standards needed to achieve the NVQ. Andrew also works as part of a training team identifying individual and company training needs in order to deliver up-to-date training; ensuring experience, knowledge and skills for the relevant occupational sector.

• Trainer - Sam Crawford

  

  Sam worked previously for the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) from November 1998 to April 2006 as a health and safety instructor.   He started at ITS in April 2006 and his role is to carry out plant machinery and health & Safety training to operatives, supervisors and managers.  His is also one of the National Vocational Qualification assessors for NVQ level 2 Plant Operations.

• Administrator - Bronach McCrory

  

  Bronach has recently started with the company within the administration department.  She will be mainly dealing with processing CSR and Site Safety for Supervisor Cards.  

• Administrator - Colette Toman

  

  Colette has worked in the company for almost 3 years in the administration department, processing CSR cards as well as processing certificates of training to our customers.
